Paper Talk: Man Utd going all out to land £50m Sessegnon

Manchester United are ready to make a £50m bid for Fulham winger Ryan Sessegnon, while Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham all want a £20m PSV attacker, according to Sunday’s papers.

UNITED TO TEST FULHAM RESOLVE WITH HUGE SESSEGNON BID

Manchester United are reportedly ready to test Fulham’s resolve with a £50million offer for Ryan Sessegnon.

The England Under-21 winger, who can also play as a left-back, enjoyed an outstanding campaign with the Cottagers as they won promotion back to the Premier League after beating Aston Villa in the Championship play-off final.

The 18-year-old, who is also a major target for Tottenham, is regarded as one of the brightest young prospects in English football and his versatility is said to have impressed Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho.

For their part, Fulham insist that Sessegnon is going nowhere but United are hoping that they will be tempted into selling if they make an offer of £50m, according to the report in the Sun on Sunday.

Mourinho is on the look-out for at least two new full-backs and midfielders and the fact that Sessegnon can fill both roles would be hugely beneficial to United in the long term.
